Realizing the potential in the plastics industry in Turkey, Mr. Nezih Deniz founded DUPACK PLASTIC INC. plastic production plant in 2013, with high-tech machines and equipment. Mr. Nezih Deniz has also made DUPACK PLASTIC INC. a company that produces its own plastic production machines.

In 2013, our company started to produce HDPE with 2 machines, and has reached 250.000 units capacity with 3 high-tech JAPANESE PET and 9 HDPE machines, at the end of 2015. Our company produces various colored bottles and cans from 20 cc to 5000 cc volumes.

Our company has produced Turkey's first electric HDPE machine and has been actively using the machine to perform the manufacturing operations.

The machines are working with a closed-circuit system, so that the raw material is not touched during production and recycling process, ensuring product safety. The products are controlled for leakage via leak tester and faulty products are separated automatically. The separated products are recycled at the end of the necessary controls. Finished products are 100% inspected, packed and checked by the Quality Department via leakage tester. In addition to this, product durability is controlled by Drop Test in certain periods.
